These terms govern your use of lanehei.com and any orders, quotes or inquiries placed with LANEHEI LTD, a wholesale distributor based at 2580 E Merrill Ave, Dock 1–2, Ontario, CA 91762, United States. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of this site
You may browse this site for information about our products and company. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Quotes, orders and pricing
All pricing shown or quoted is in US dollars. Catalog pages indicate trade pricing is available on request; final pricing, minimums, freight and lead time are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing (by email or purchase-order acknowledgment).
We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including where information provided is incomplete, inconsistent or appears fraudulent. Payment terms are confirmed per order; we do not store card details on this site.
3. Product information
Product descriptions, dimensions, materials and images are provided in good faith and reflect our current line sheet. Minor variations may occur between production runs. Colors as photographed depend on your display. Confirm critical specifications with the trade desk before ordering.
Nothing on this site is a certification, guarantee of fitness for a particular use, or a warranty other than those stated in writing on your order acknowledgment and the shipping & returns policy.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, product designs, the LANEHEI name and mark — is the property of LANEHEI LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LANEHEI LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from goods supplied, beyond the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
